The registry
What an organisation publishes when it joins, and who can see it
The organisation registry
Every organisation on the journey has a public entry: country, sector, the standard being implemented and the stage reached. Registration is free. Visibility is never charged for.
The live journey board
A continental board showing who stands at which of the twelve stages, updated as organisations move. Organisations that have stalled are shown alongside those in progress.
The implementation protocol
A published protocol for the work between the decision to certify and the certification audit. Each stage has a definition and an evidence requirement, so progress means the same thing in Kampala as it does in Lagos.
Continuous maturity assessment
A maturity score that moves with the evidence rather than a one-time gap report. Scores are not sold, ranked for a fee, or displayed for payment.
Compliance management technology
Platforms that hold an organisation's management system, its evidence and its audit trail, so the implementation is documented as it happens and ready for the auditor.
The market
Matching organisations that need implementation with the people who have done it
The practitioner registry
Implementers, consultants and internal auditors, listed by standard, sector and country. Beside each name, the journeys they have carried to certification.
Marketplace and matching
An organisation at a given stage is matched with practitioners who have completed that stage elsewhere.
Financing
Where financing or programme support is available for certification, it is linked to the journey it funds. Funders see the progress they are paying for, stage by stage.
The champion academy
Training for the staff who carry an implementation inside their own organisation, so the management system belongs to the people who run it.
Implementation support services
Gap assessment, documentation, internal audit and preparation for the certification audit, delivered by matched practitioners in the organisation's own country.
Internships and mentorship
Placements for graduates and young professionals with implementers and certified organisations, and mentorship from practitioners who have carried journeys to certification.
