About

Continental implementation infrastructure for ISO management systems.

For eight years we have run the ISO Certification Uganda project, helping organisations build management systems that pass an audit. Along the way we learned where the work actually happens: not at the audit or the certificate, but in the months of implementation between the two.

Certification is regulated at both ends. Accreditation bodies watch the certifiers. Certifiers watch the final audit. The months of implementation in the middle are governed by no standard, recorded nowhere and visible to nobody. That is where the cost is, where projects fail, and where help would still make a difference.

ISO Certification Africa publishes that middle. Organisations across the continent publish their journey stage by stage, as it happens. Implementers are matched to the organisations that need them. Funders and partners can see who is moving, who is held, and on what. Audits and certificates remain with the accredited bodies. We compete with none of them.

The model follows Afreximbank's Africa Trade Gateway, which gave African trade a shared registry and a shared payment system. Quality management needs the same.

We are not selling the end of the journey. We are selling the beginning and the middle.
